Mien Dong Environment Joint Stock Company was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 3800611275, initially issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Phuoc Province on 18/09/2009, with an initial charter capital of VND 40 billion. After more than 15 years of development, at the 13th amendment registration on 15/05/2026 — issued by the Department of Finance of Dong Nai City — the Company's charter capital has increased to VND 120 billion, a testament to its sustainable growth and increasingly solid financial capacity.
The Company has been granted the Decision on Approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report No. 397/QD-BTNMT dated 28/03/2013 and the Environmental License No. 216/GPMT-BTNMT dated 16/09/2022 by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, for the project "Construction of an Industrial Waste and Hazardous Waste Treatment Facility", located at Can Le Hamlet, Loc Thanh Commune, Dong Nai City. Prior to this, the Company was also granted the Hazardous Waste Treatment License No. QLCTNH: 3-4-5-6.128.VX dated 25/12/2019 (first issuance) by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, which has since been superseded by Environmental License No. 216/GPMT-BTNMT. The factory has a total area of 170,000 m² (17 hectares) and a treatment capacity of up to 477 tonnes/day, meeting large-scale waste treatment demands in full compliance with current legal standards.
